Conversational Hypnosis — Complete Course

Eighteen lessons from first principles to full clinical practice. Everything is free, self-contained, and written in original language. Start at Lesson 1 and work through in order, or jump to any lesson that addresses what you need right now.

Part 1 — Foundations (Lessons 1–4)

The theory, the structure, and the language that every technique in the course is built on.

  1. Lesson 1 — Welcome and the Big Idea

HABS, PCAT, the 4 Quadrants, and the Six Laws of the unconscious mind. The map for everything that follows.

  2. Lesson 2 — Hypnotic Context vs Social Context

How to shift the frame from ordinary conversation to hypnotic work — through your inner posture, not through commands.

  3. Lesson 3 — HABS and Your First Induction

The four HABS steps made concrete through the hand magnetism induction — a complete, learnable technique with a full original script.

  4. Lesson 4 — Hypnotic Language: Connectors and Trance Themes

The five connector words (And, Because, Which Means, Until, When/Then) and the trance-theme vocabulary that gives your language its texture.

Part 2 — Trance Work (Lessons 5–9)

Going deeper, using memory and imagination, and producing the involuntary responses that mark genuine trance.

  1. Lesson 5 — Going Deeper: Fractionation

How repeated exit and re-entry deepens trance automatically — and the Go-First principle that makes your own inner state the most powerful instrument you have.

  2. Lesson 6 — Memory as Resource: Revivification

The Echo Technique for re-entering a real past memory as a lived present experience — making positive states available as therapeutic fuel.

  3. Lesson 7 — The Sanctuary: Previvification

Building a fully sensory imagined safe space from scratch — the souvenir anchor that makes it portable, and why the boundary is not optional.

  4. Lesson 8 — Dynamic Mental Imagery

The eight-stage DMI protocol: sanctuary, path, symbol, and the six-move suggestion cycle that lets the unconscious transform itself from within.

  5. Lesson 9 — Arm Levitation and the Non-Awareness Set

Producing unmistakable involuntary response through ideomotor movement — and the NAS language cycle that converts every trance signal into deepening.

Part 3 — The Problem-Solving Engine (Lessons 10–12)

Diagnosing problems with precision and using language to dissolve them without resistance.

  1. Lesson 10 — Problem-Solving via the 4 Quadrants

The full interview method for mapping current state and desired state across Being, Doing, Having, and Feeling — and the direct path from the interview into DMI.

  2. Lesson 11 — Mind-Bending Language

The Universal MBL Formula — 28 question templates built from seven question words and four modifiers — for approaching problems from outside their own frame.

  3. Lesson 12 — PCAT: The Master Framework

How Parameters, Critical-Factor Bypass, Access Resources, and Transform and Test fit together into a complete session — including the "what difference does that make?" chain.

Part 4 — Deep Work and Session Mastery (Lessons 13–16)

Regression, forgiveness, parts integration, and the clinical decision tree that tells you which technique to use when.

  1. Lesson 13 — Regression with Anticipation

The affect bridge, the 5/3/1 counting system, and the anticipation loop — so the person never travels back to a difficult past empty-handed.

  2. Lesson 14 — Therapeutic Regression and Forgiveness

The Safety-to-Safety loop for working with harm — and the Forgiveness Ceremony: present self, figure, guardians, and the younger self as a closing surprise.

  3. Lesson 15 — Reintegration: Parts Work

The Two-Hands method for resolving internal conflict — externalising both parts, finding their shared highest-order value, and producing a genuine integration with a new symbol.

  4. Lesson 16 — Putting It All Together: The 4-Stage Protocol

The clinical decision tree: Blitz → DMI/NAS/MBL → Regression → Reintegration. Use the lightest effective intervention first; test at every transition.

Part 5 — The AI Agent and Ethics (Lessons 17–18)

Running the full protocol through a conversational AI agent, and the ethical principles that govern responsible practice.

  1. Lesson 17 — The AI Agent: Install and Run

Setting up the igor package, running a full PCAT session in the terminal, generating MBL questions offline, and using the agent as a practice partner.

  2. Lesson 18 — Ethics, Safety, and Where to Go Next

Consent, scope of practice, crisis response, the specific risks of hypnotic work, and the paths available for deepening your practice.

About this course

This course synthesizes techniques from Milton H. Erickson, Bandler & Grinder (NLP), David Grove (Clean Language), Stephen Wolinsky, and contemporary teachers including Igor Ledochowski, whose Conversational Hypnosis training inspired many of the structural frameworks here. All material is presented in original language for free public use.

Each lesson is self-contained. The full sequence rewards you — each lesson builds on the last — but you can enter at any point and find something immediately useful.
